1. The promoter is PC Strategies LTD trading as PantumShop.co.uk.

2. The cash back offer on Printer products is available for purchases made between 1st June 2026 and 30th September 2026.

3. The cash back offer is made on Cartridge products pruchases made between 1st June 2026 and 31st December 2026.

4. The cash back offer is available only on selected products which may vary from time to time, and without notice.

5. Customers may claim their cash back award exclusively using the online claim form at https://pantumsupport.com

6. Claims made in any other way cannot be accepted.

7. Claims will be validated and confirmed to the Customer within 14 days of receipt of the claim.

8. Payment of successful claims will be made within 30 days of the date of approval of the claim.

9. The Customer warrants that by receiving payment of their claim that they will return the amount of the claim in full, within 7 days of request, to the promoter if any refund of any amount is applied to their account within 12 months from the date of the respective purchase. 

10. The promoter's decision in all matters in respect of this promotion shall be deemed as full and final.
